Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 sticks oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Separate eggs.
    Add yolks, one at a time. Sift flour, soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 times.
    Add alternately with sour cream.
    When thoroughly mixed, add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Fold in egg whites plus 1/4 teaspoon salt which have previously been beaten stiff. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
