Game Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or margarine
    allspice
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
    paprika
    bay leaves
    salt and pepper
    red wine or cream sherry
    water
    onion
    mushrooms
    parsley
    tomato soup
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 pound of butter or margarine.
    Add a dash of allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, paprika and 1 or 2 bay leaves.
    Take cut-up pieces in strips of meat and lay in butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Turn heat low and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Turn meat and simmer again.
    Take a cup of red wine or cream sherry and a cup of water and add to meat.
    Dice a small onion in liquid.
    Add mushrooms and some parsley.
    Keep heat on low so it doesn't get dry.
    Add 1 can tomato soup and one can water and simmer slowly until meat is done (10 minutes).
    Serve over rice.
