Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. stir-fry vegetables (frozen or fresh)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 tsp. low sodium
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add garlic and ginger.
    Stir-fry 15 seconds. Remove garlic.
    Add vegetables and soy sauce.
    Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes, stirring vegetables until they are tender-crisp.
