Sweetheart Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cherry juice
2 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 maraschino cherries, cut fine
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Heat pineapple with sugar.
Soften gelatin in water and add to pineapple.
Add lemon and cherry juices. Cool mixture.
Mash cream cheese. Add cherries. Add whipping cream. Blend mixture with pineapple mixture.
Pour into mold and chill until set.
