Aunt Clara'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, green pepper, salt, sage,
    pepper
    and
    milk.
    Mix lightly but well. Shape into a
    12-inch
    loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
