Apricot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/8 c. dried apricots
2 (16 oz.) cans pears (in own juice)
1 1/3 c. quick oats
1 1/3 c. regular rolled oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oat flour *
Preparation

Put apricots, pears and juice in a saucepan.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Place in a blender or food processor and process until pureed.
Set aside.
