Corn Muffin Frank Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 lb. franks, cut in pieces
1 can or 1 pkg. frozen peas
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add onion and brown lightly.
Blend in flour, salt and mustard.
Slowly add milk.
Stir and cook until thickened.
Add franks and peas.
Heat to boiling.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
