Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    5
    minutes.
    Gradually
    add sugar.\tStir in pumpkin and lemon juice; set aside.
    Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.\tFold into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Spread
    towel
    on
    counter
    and
    sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Turn
    cake\tout
    onto
    towel
    and
    roll up.
    Let cool. Unroll and mix remaining ingredients.
    Spread on cake and roll up. Slice and serve.
