Polvorones(Tea Cakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients together; chill for 2 hours.
Make 1-inch balls.
Bake at 375\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet for 16 to 20 minutes. Roll in additional confectioners sugar and let cool.
