Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. dried breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
    flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef consomme
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Mix together the first five ingredients to form meatballs, or you can use frozen ones.
    Bake on a large baking sheet at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
