Naney'S Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    sprinkle of salt
    3/4 c. white Karo
    3/4 c. water
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in large saucepan. Cook to 260\u00b0 (hard-boil) and cool. In mixer bowl, beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Slowly add hot syrup; add vanilla. Add pecans. Beat until dull. Spread on wax paper.
    Cool and cut.
