Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked or crabmeat substitute
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 pie shell, prebaked
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix thoroughly. Stir in crabmeat, cheeses and onion.
    Spoon into a baked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm in center.
    I double the ingredients and bake in a 10-inch pie shell.
    I like mine very full.
