Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 onion
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool, then slice onion. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and tomato soup. Add to carrots and onions.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
