Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    oregano to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 clove minced garlic
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread mixture in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
