Low-Fat Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    1c. chopped celery
    1 small apple, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. milk
    pepper to taste
    lettuce leaves, bread, or sandwich rolls
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, apple and onions.
    In blender, mix cottage cheese and milk.
    Whip for 2 minutes.
    Add chicken mixture. Season with pepper.
    Mix well.
    Serve over lettuce leaves or as sandwich filling.
