Southern Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    6 medium bananas (2 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Drain, peel and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease well a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Peel bananas and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices. Toss with orange juice and set aside.
