Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) or 3 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 large jar apricot baby food
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) carton apricot or pineapple yogurt
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, sugar and water.
    Cook over medium heat until Jell-O dissolves and mixture boils.
    Beat together cream cheese and yogurt.
    Fold in baby food, pineapple and pecans.
    Fold in Jell-O mixture.
    Pour into 1-quart mold.
    Refrigerate until set.
