Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
salt, black and red pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add corn.
Sift flour and baking powder and add to mixture.
Add seasonings and fry in deep hot fat.
Use a small spoon to drop batter.
Serve with jelly or honey.
