Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop cabbage.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Stir in rice.
    Layer cabbage, meat mixture, salt and pepper.
    Mix soup and water and pour over all.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or cook in crock-pot for 2 hours on high, 4 hours on low.
