Chicken Green Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. spinach noodles
    2 fryers, cooked in salted water (save broth)
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute the celery, onion and bell pepper in the oleo.
    When tender, add the soup and cheese.
    Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
    Cook noodles in chicken stock and add cut up chicken, cheese mixture and 1 can chopped mushroom pieces.
