Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    1 (16 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    12 oz. Raisin Bran
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
    Add eggs, buttermilk, oil and pineapple; mix well. Blend in Raisin Bran.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes according to size of muffin tins.
    Makes 3 to 5 dozen.
    It is better if you mix up batter the night before.
    Keeps up to six weeks in refrigerator.
