Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crabmeat
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. dry vermouth (optional)
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 c. to 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix the crabmeat, cream cheese, onion and vermouth (optional) together and spread over the bottom of an unbaked pie shell.
