Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple (small)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar (granulated and a little brown)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    First, the cake pan, prepare it by melting the butter and the brown sugar in it to cover the bottom.
    Strain the pineapple; cut them up and scatter the pieces over the bottom of the pan.
    Next, a dough:
    Beat the eggs with the sugar; mix in the other ingredients.
    Put the batter in over the brown sugar and chopped pineapple and let it cook for 1/2 an hour.
    It melts in your mouth.
