Cream Of Chicken And Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In a pot, heat the butter.
Add mushrooms and saute until tender.
Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken, broth, cream, seasonings and parsley.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
