Beef Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded beef
    picante sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    approximately 8 tortillas
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    shredded lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine shredded beef, 2/3 cup picante sauce, onion, cumin and oregano in a saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
    Brush outside of tortillas with melted butter and fill inside with beef mixture and cheese and roll up.
    Fold ends under and place seam down in a pan. Top with leftover cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 475\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with shredded lettuce and picante sauce.
