Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 stick butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Add well beaten eggs, margarine, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 can coconut.
Mix well; pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle rest of coconut on top of pie.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
