Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked ham
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cubed or sliced cooked potatoes
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in butter about 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Stir and cook until mixture is thickened.
    Add ham and potatoes.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
