Kentucky Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ye Olde Tavern Cheese or any prepared sharp cheese spread
    6 oz. flat beer
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. red pepper, ground
Preparation
    Pour beer into small bowl and let it stand at room temperature for at least one hour. Whisk in spices and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
