Mom'S Fruit Whip - cooking recipe

1 egg white
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. mashed fresh fruit pulp
Preparation

Beat at room temperature egg white, until foamy.
Add sugar, slowly, and mashed fresh fruit pulp (strawberries, or bananas, or peaches, or raspberries.
Do not use fresh pineapple or kiwi.) Continue beating until a large bowl is almost full of this light, tasty topping for cake servings (instead of frosting).
