Shredded Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    2 lb. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine raisins and water; let stand 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss gently.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
