Italian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. vermicelli
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook vermicelli and drain.
    Combine with butter, Parmesan cheese, egg and basil.
    Chop all and press into bottom and sides of 10-inch pie plate.
    Brown beef and sausage with onion in skillet.
    Drain.
    Combine meats and spaghetti sauce in a mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over crust.
    Pour meat mixture on top.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
