Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes
    at 325\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool.
    Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or just plain.
