Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. Bisquick
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix thoroughly with hands.
Shape into balls.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Flip halfway through baking time to allow even browning.
