Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 slices of bread cubed (semi frozen)
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
3 eggs
Preparation

Toss together bread and pineapple.
Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs.
Beat until well blended and pour over bread and pineapple.
The longer this has to soak the better.
Overnight is best.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until well browned.
