Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. melted butter
    1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
    2 c. pineapple juice
    2 2/3 c. pretzels, broken into small pieces
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 large container frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sugar; set aside.
    Place pretzels and butter in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Spread cream cheese mixture with lukewarm pretzels in bottom of baking dish.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling pineapple juice; stir in strawberries and allow to thicken to jelled point. Spread over cream cheese and pretzel mixture.
    When set, spread the whipped topping on.
