Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water (warm)
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs
    5 c. flour
    handful of raisins
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Mix in butter, sugar, salt and milk.
    Stir to melt butter and cool.
    Stir in some flour, then eggs, softened yeast and raisins.
    Add rest of flour and knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise and work down.
    Let rise and work down again.
    Roll out; brush with butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Fold one end 1/3 over and fold other end over it.
    Put in pan.
    Cut halfway through dough with scissors on both sides several times.
    Take each section and twist and press down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Ice with powdered sugar icing.
    Make with water and vanilla.
