Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried mustard
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small onion, cut up
    salt
Preparation
    Combine all but the mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes on medium to medium-high.
    Add mushrooms; simmer for 2 minutes.
    Put in bowl; cover tightly and chill for several hours or overnight.
    Stir a few times.
