Ever Ready Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. liquid shortening
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice mix
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add eggs, shortening, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Store in covered container. Batter will keep in refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
    Bake muffins at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
