Holiday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular sausage
    chopped onion to taste
    chopped green pepper to taste
    chopped green celery to taste
    chopped green chilies to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 sliced cubed white bread
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    In skillet, fry sausage and crumble.
    Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons, to saute onion, green pepper, celery and green chilies. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 10 servings.
