French Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 split breasts, skinned
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
    2 envelopes onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach jam
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow greased baking dish.
    In another bowl, mix other ingredients and spread over chicken.
    Bake covered for 1 hour, then uncovered for 30 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
