Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts (whole), boned, skinned and halved lengthwise
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 tsp. fines herbes
    1/2 tsp. ginger (if desired)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Marinate chicken at least three hours in combination of all remaining ingredients.
    Grill chicken over hot coals for six to eight minutes, turning once.
    Serve with rice.
