Cornbread Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. corn meal
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
3 1/2 tsp. soda

Preparation

Combine and mix well.
Store in airtight container in cool place.
Will keep weeks.
Yields 8 1/2 cups.
