Bayou Broccoli(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    paprika
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. water
    8 oz. jar processed American cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat butter in 3-quart casserole 1
    to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir in onion and celery.
    Heat 4 to 6 minutes until tender.
    Combine cheese, soup and water in small bowl.
    Blend well.
    Heat 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
    Stir into onion mixture.
    Stir in rice and broccoli.
    Blend well.
    Heat 6 to 9 minutes.
    Stir once. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and let stand 2 minutes.
