Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts)
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moist.
    Do not beat! Stir in vanilla, pineapple,
    nuts and bananas.
    Spoon into well-greased cake pans.
    Best done as layer cake but you can substitute a Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
