Chicken Dressing And Giblet Gravy(50 Years Or Older) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. rich chicken broth
    3 eggs
    3 pt. corn bread, crumbled
    1 pt. cold biscuits or dry
    loaf bread, crumbled
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. rubbed sage
Preparation
    Bring broth to boil.
    Break eggs into broth, stirring until done.
    Place both breads in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour broth over bread mixture.
    Toss lightly until crumbs are damp, not soggy.
