Chili Relleno Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans green chilies
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. salsa
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer cheese and chilies and repeat. Mix flour, milk and eggs and pour over chilies. Bake at 425\u00b0 covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and pour 1 cup salsa over chilies and bake 20 minutes more.
