Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) baked pie shell
    4 slices bacon
    onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 c. boiled or baked ham, cubed
    4 slices Swiss cheese (paper thin)
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. cream, heated
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Crumble and place in bottom of pie shell.
    Saute onion in bacon drippings.
    Arrange over bacon. Place half of ham and 2 slices cheese over onions.
    Repeat layers of ham and cheese.
    Beat eggs and mustard together.
    Add to warm cream and beat again.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
