Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced raw apples
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well the diced, raw apples and sugar.
    Add cooking oil, beaten eggs, chopped nuts and vanilla.
    Add sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting when cooled.
