Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking apples
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Place sliced, peeled apples in 9-inch baking dish. Mix dry ingredients and break the egg over them.
    Mix like dough until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Melt butter and pour over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream or custard.
