Pineapple-Orange Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1/4 c. frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
    3 medium size, very ripe bananas, frozen
    1/2 c. fresh or unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks, drained if canned
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
    If blender stalls, you may need to stir ingredients and/or add a little more juice before continuing blending.
    Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
